33dd — Bangladesh's Casino & Betting Platform

By accessing the 33dd website, mobile platform, or any associated service, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of 33dd, including but not limited to registered players, guests browsing the website, and any person accessing the platform from any device or network within Bangladesh or from any other jurisdiction where access is not prohibited by applicable local law.

33dd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the platform's notification system or by email to registered account holders.

To register an account on 33dd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. 33dd operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual person acting in your own name for personal entertainment purposes. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on 33dd. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any court order, self-exclusion arrangement, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

33dd conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the account registration process and at any subsequent point when required. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

• Accounts that are found to have been opened fraudulently, using a false identity, or in breach of any eligibility condition will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
• 33dd reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to the settlement of all legitimate pending transactions.

All financial transactions on 33dd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if KYC documentation has not been completed.
• You must use a payment method that is registered in your own name. 33dd will not process withdrawals to a payment method that differs from the method used for the corresponding deposit without additional verification.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being approved. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required.
• 33dd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which 33dd bears no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your 33dd account may only be used for wagering on the platform. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to wager — for the purpose of exploiting bonus offers or for money laundering — is strictly prohibited.

33dd employs robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Transactions that appear unusual or inconsistent with normal betting activity may be flagged for review. In such cases, 33dd may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such investigation.

33dd offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and wagering activity on the 33dd sportsbook, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other covered competitions), football, kabaddi, and any other sports or event markets available on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed by the platform. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once confirmed, odds are locked in for that bet.
• 33dd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were incorrectly priced due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.

• Results for all betting markets are determined based on official sources, including the International Cricket Council (ICC), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), and other recognised governing bodies. 33dd's decision on the settlement of any market is final.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to the specific market, as published in the platform's sport-specific betting rules documentation.

33dd offers a catalogue of more than 500 casino games provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following terms apply to all casino game activity on the platform:

• All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing under controlled studio conditions. Game outcomes are independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by the player or by 33dd.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33dd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, any part of the 33dd platform or any service provided through it.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party game software or sports data feeds that are beyond 33dd's reasonable control.
• Any financial loss, loss of profits, or gambling losses incurred through the use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 33dd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, 33dd's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. 33dd's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bet settlement, and account standing are final, subject to any manifest error being demonstrated by the player.
